I was just browsing to change flights and without any warning and confirmations it changed my bookings. And now there's no way I can reach to customer service waiting hours on phone and both in app and online it says it can not change flights.
I still need some clarification and I don't know how to get to customer support.

When clicking "Save to phone" for a boarding pass it only opens the Google Pay page in the Google app store, instead of opening the Google Pay app directly, which is already installed on my phone. Thus I am unable to save the boarding passes to my phone.
Looking for Schiphol airportap as advertised. Not there!!!!
KLM check in sucks. Can't check in for our flight. Error, something went wrong. Now we can't select our seats as a family of 5, so we will be sitting all over the plane.
It keeps saying my connection is not working and defaulting to the initial screen, so I can't reset my password. You can't book a wheelchair through the app. You can't contact customer service.
Rarely works for check in. Rarely able to show a boarding pass. Useless.
